These gloves worked for me. I also use cycling gloves in warm weather. It keeps my heel from hitting the bars and I appreciate that. They're pretty warm. You need this when cycling, because when the weather is bad your arms just hang down. I note that these are 'running' gloves and I'm sure that will work, but they are quite heavy and the silicone strips provide padding suitable for cycling. The material is kind of double-layered and that provides warmth without feeling bulky and clunky. They're a little stretchy and form fitting, but I have a feeling that's how they're meant to be. And I have really big hands, I don't use them when using the touchscreen but it seems to work fine. Can't say much else. I would recommend them for cycling or running. I like the fit and value.
