These knives are great, they require as little sharpening as possible.
Anyone who says they're not sharp enough, for goodness sake, get a knife sharpener. These knives are great, you can sharpen them as little as you like. By the way, they are sharpened. They are a pleasure to look at and fun to work with. The handles are strong. My only complaint is that they didn't have to paint the blades. Otherwise very good knives.
