I wanted to put a nice carafe in my home office to store spirits for after work hours. This came at a good price and while I would have liked it if it had had the correct glasses in the box I can't get it for the money. Luckily the device arrived safely, because whoever works in the warehouse sees no point in packing more than one bubble wrap with this and a few other items that I ordered at the same time. When the box arrived I heard the glass in the package rattle and braced myself for the worst. It turned out that the top lid of the carafe had just been opened and the cork was dangling inside the packaging. The whole thing hasn't been worn at all so I didn't send it back but it would have been nice if they had wrapped the decanter box in bubble wrap to ensure it wasn't damaged in transit.
