save your money - Straightener
Good curling iron, does not catch or pull hair, has good heat lock and long shaft. But this isn't a game changer or life changer for curling irons. Personally, I use Protector with the right copolymers and I still get split ends at the same rate as any other straightener (unlike the Ionic study), if not more, and my curls are short-lived. how long and my hair holds the curl very well, like a curl just by twisting my finger well. I think it's better to save $100 and use the reliable Hot Tool, IMO.
