Period. FACT: If you have sub-90dB speakers and plan on hooking them up, this will serve you and your brother much better as an aesthetic conversation starter/paperweight. 3.5W x2 does not have the luxury of choosing any speaker! HOWEVER, and this is a very HUGE BUT, if your speakers are in the 90-100dB range, you are in the warm and fuzzy tube zone for that particular amp! Solid state just can not!
