When I first used the product, 2 attachments detached from the grip with no impact, causing me to lose my GoPro camera and almost my phone. snowboarding, because of the cold I think, but outside it was only 25 degrees Fahrenheit. It was strapped to the front of my jacket near my shoulder and by the time I got to the bottom of the hill the stick was there but the GoPro camera was gone and my phone was barely holding on. I contacted the seller for a refund and compensation for my camera and never received a response. Product attachments are cheap so don't advise buying them unless you're filming your walk.
