.Where is the instruction manual?

.YEEEEEEHAAA! Nothing for a beginner. If you don't feel like studying and looking for operating modes/instructions on the Internet and configuring them. Otherwise .if you know and understand abbreviations and incomprehensible operating instructions. this scanner is great! I worked with him and bought a Garmin GPS GPS18X computer off Amazon with an RS232 port for the rear port. I tried running it from WIN10 on a Toshiba Satellite and it was a disaster. I've had major problems and crashes with WIN 10 with all my HAM hardware and software. I tried it on my WIN 8.1, WIN 7. And the winner was WIN XP! This scanner will scare you to death with a GPS attached to it. My thoughts again. The new Microsoft technology is not very friendly with this old high tech gear! Just my thoughts! Semper Fi!
