No access to spare parts, low reliability
about a dozen uses, and the control board failed. There is no way to get a replacement part from the manufacturer either. Reliability is low, spend a better brand. Seems like a good deal as long as I have a blender that doesn't work and will spend the money to get the Kitchenaid brand so I ended up spending a lot more for what I got.
