Before purchasing this Serfa, I used the seat that came with my Cannondale bike was delivered. After not riding over the winter months I have used the Cannondale seat a few times --> painful sitting and standing after riding. I've been using the Serfa for the next few rides and plan to continue doing so as it doesn't take a "break in" to get blisters on my buttocks! That makes the ride more comfortable! And this seat is narrow enough to prevent the tops of your legs from rubbing against the seat as you pedal.
