to be a little easier. Depending on what case is installed, you'll need to figure out how to remove it. Mine is attached to the frame with two screws on the right side. There's also a center support, but I can't access the mounting screw. By removing the two screws on the right side I was able to wiggle the case to separate the top from the bottom. Then we disconnect the cables from the air supply dust bag, loosen the clamp and with a little effort you can remove the upper part of the housing. On the back of the upper case are three slots that engage the tabs on the lower case. I cut the bottom out of the two outer slots so they just slide over the ledges. You still have a center tab to align the top of the case, making removing and replacing the case much easier. I just changed my filter and it took 15 minutes max.
