Not a bad fit but we knew right away upon installation this was going to be a product we'd say would fit until we found something better. I was in a bind and the first class shipping helped get this here quickly. Upon installation we found that one of the plastic mounts was not screwed in as tightly as the other and as a result the seat was more wobbly than I would like. Hard plastic is easy to clean. If you're one of those people who need a quiet/soft closing lid, this isn't for you. In the middle of the night, a slamming lid might have alerted someone nearby.
