Has what it should have with a few problems. #1, the metal is so hard that some types of drills cannot hook it. So if the drill gets caught slightly, it will rotate in the drill chuck, no matter how tight it is clamped. Maybe a different shape would work better for the part that gets stuck in the drill. Also, I accidentally broke one in half. The drill almost went through, it jammed and slipped in the chuck, and sure enough the drill fell out of the drill. Unfortunately I couldn't remove the drill bit by hand as it was in good condition and got stuck in the metal I was drilling. My unfortunate solution was to try to reattach the drill bit and see if I could get it out, but in doing so I applied a slight vertical force to the drill bit and it broke in half. Anyway, it's good that you get two in the box because that's what it ultimately took to get the job done. The bottom line is this is a high hardness bit that cuts stainless steel.
