The digital people that we use as "customer service" agents for my business has been very helpful when I am having issues with customers or clients! They really do help me out alot of times by just being there so it's great because i can get things done faster than if they were not around!! Sometimes though you need them but sometimes other employees know more about certain subjects then your agent does (i'm talking specifically from their knowledge base). We've had some problems where one employee knows something better while another doesn't even realize what he/she should be doing next after getting info off someone else who knew different information before him / her etc.. It gets confusing at those points haha however this isn’t too bad since all three work together like 3 peas in a pod lol.
