My wife bought a new jeep with a V8 and she loved the sound and as soon as I told her the air intake would improve the sound without being too expensive I had another point on mine list of favorite things. Installation was quick and took about 30 minutes. The intake box didn't fit as well as the factory set but I don't think it would cause any problems, it just didn't look as good aesthetically as it could. I also bought one of these for my 3500 Silverado and it was much better. Made a small difference in sound, which my wife really likes. I didn't notice any difference in fuel economy, but the Jeep had less than 500 miles on it when I installed it.
