durable, well made on building materials

this device was worth it. My ladder is lightweight and will keep the ladder in place in windy weather even if you don't have anything to tie on top. it is attached to the front panel. I'm older and my balance isn't what it used to be. Despite being careful, I still lost my balance while standing on the roof of my second floor and had to hold on to the ladder. Without this detail, I and the ladder would surely slip and fall. I could say it saved me from serious injury or even death. I highly recommend it.
