This product's only redeeming feature is that the email support is responsive, if unhelpful. When I first received this product I had a black screen issue that others reported online. I spent 3 days trying to figure out what's going on. I finally figured it out, but their support didn't. Luckily I'm tech savvy so I went through a list of possible issues and one of them turned out to be correct (the windows setup screen wasn't scaled to my display so all I saw was the mouse pointer and the bottom right corner ). corner of the screen that was black). I ended up using the keyboard controls to activate the Magnifier app and zoomed out just enough to complete the installation process and finally get a working Windows PC. Two uses later, one of which was spending hours preparing the system for its intended use and then it stopped working. I don't load anymore. No blue light, no answer. Tried to check everything: power supply, hard reset, internal battery. Nothing, the damn thing died. These PCs are cheap for some reason and they are complete junk.
