I just got it. The heater seems very-very nice; warm to the touch as soon as I turned it on; perfect thickness. It is big, flexible. I do like it :)
Pros
- Easy to install. Easy to clean, doesn't get above 45 degrees. 4 cats living in house.

- May require additional safety measures to prevent accidents
