Review on 🦌 Black Burley Design Moose Rack featuring Light Bracket by Shane Black

I love this product, a heavy duty rack that I use to secure a backpack for myself or a Kazoo Trailercycle bike. I bought this as an add on to have one on every adult bike in my family. The trailer wheel is bolted to the center of the rack so I'm very happy with the possibility of some non-warranty modifications that bolt securely to the rack rather than strapping down like a regular rack. Installation isn't too bad as long as you're watching YouTube videos, but make sure you have a hacksaw ready to cut the posts. As much as I love the stand, the packaging of the item I received was sketchy. Inside the Amazon box was an open (unsealed) plastic bag with a stand and a small heat-sealed bag with zips/screws attached to the stand. One of the zippers was broken (inside the unsealed bag) leaving the parts bag loosely attached to the post. There was no instruction manual (fortunately I still had the original manual). The manufacture date on my rack was 2019 (purchased 04/2021) so they obviously haven't used them in a while. Do yourself a favor and order direct from the Burley website. The rack is tangled enough to install for the first time without worrying about not having all the parts on it.
