Good product that gives me reasonable results. Better than a protein.

The growth spurt has been quite remarkable so far. I've been using it for about 20 days and I'm feeling more power in my pump and it seems like my arms and chest have grown more than usual. Not that they're much bigger, but denser and tighter than I was expecting at the moment. The taste is actually pretty good for a workout drink - I've tried six or more and this is one of the best, maybe the best. Full disclosure, I am writing this as part of a free product promotion. However, I'm being honest. To be honest, this is definitely not a magic fix. This works for me about as well as I expected, no more or less. It gives me more bang for my buck than protein supplements alone and three awards made it worth it. I may get to a point where maintenance outstrips gains and I'll stop using this, but I haven't gotten there yet and will likely use it until I get there.
