Safety The problem with these pans is fading
The aluminum is very strong and the angle valve folds down to fit snugly on top. The aluminum edge is razor sharp and very difficult to bend. I cut myself twice and don't use (my reason for ordering) to send food to sick church friends/families. Not sure.
