Review on SocialBug by Mario Beaklini

The user interface was easy for my staff (and myself) as we are both techies but not so much into social media management! I couldnt tell you how many times it took me 20 minutes or longer just trying to find something in one area that had been deleted by some employee who didnt know better than others what they were doing with their own profile page. Maybe its because i am new at this? We have realized an increase since using these tools - more engagement which makes us look good internally AND externally when talking about brand awareness/marketing campaigns etc.,.
