Description of SocialBug

SocialBugCRM is a modular cloud CRM service. It helps extend the functionality of your website to accomplish specific business processes. While your shopping cart may focus on completing a sale, our system will help capture every other part of the business transaction. SocialBugCRM will create an interactive widget on your website and works with your existing sites secure authentication. Easily create a seamless single sign-on from your website into our CRM. An example use case would be for affiliate party plan companies, once your website user authenticates, they can click on the widget to enter into the CRM and create party orders. Another example would be for any type of membership website in which you want to offer your end customers a custom portal where your specific business rules have been digitized business. Features CORE MODULE: With our core module you can create recurring memberships and auto-ships. Your customers will have their own portal to log into and manage their accounts. AFFILIATE MODULE: Create a referral sales network. Networks can have structures of uni-level, binary, or matrix. Interface to configure custom requirements that can be applied to ranks and bonuses. Party Plan available. INVESTMENT MODULE: Our investment module consists of the following features. Deposit accounts that earn interest. Private real-time stock exchange to trade your own assets. Membership driven stock tips trade room. WAREHOUSE MODULE: Warehouse fulfillment, track all tasks during order fulfillment. Assign orders to processors, packers, and delivery agents. Add per item packing difficulty level and estimated retrieval time. Set bin locations to help workers walk the warehouse in the most optimal way. Warehouse workers can assign themselves order’s from the real-time order queue. WARRANTY MODULE: Configure products to have warranties. View all products currently under warranty. Search for customers with existing warranties. Automate warranty registration if third party is selling your products and you need customers to manually register the warranty.

SocialBug is very customizable and user friendly

I like that you can customize it so much! You've got all sorts of options for different types of contacts - from customer accounts to leads/opportunities etc. The interface looks great as well (and has been updated quite recently). There are some features which we'd love to see added in future updates but overall my experience with this product hasn't really left me wanting more or less. We use socialbug mainly because its easy to set up new users without having them fill out an application…

  • Very intuitive user friendly design; very few errors.
  • It's quick, simple &amp easier than trying other softwares such SalesForce / SFDC CRM software.It is cheaper too !

Easy To Use CRM For Small Businesses

They have an easy-to use dashboard with many integrations that allow us as Salesforce admins/developers ease in working through them without having too much setup or training! The pricing structure at this time requires using their own product which can be costly for startups but I believe they’re going upmarket soon so it'll hopefully get cheaper again over there end year - however you need enough clients first before making any savings from such changes if possible anyway (we don't currently…

An absolute must when managing many accounts

The ease in which we can create social profiles for clients makes it one heckuva easy tool that I have been using daily since its inception! My biggest issue has always had with this product was how difficult (or impossible) creating pages made sense at first - but after some research realized what their end goal actually meant so all's good now :) No issues here thus far as everything works just fine like expected without any hiccups or glitches whatsoever!! Great platform, needs training and consistency

The user interface was easy for my staff (and myself) as we are both techies but not so much into social media management! I couldnt tell you how many times it took me 20 minutes or longer just trying to find something in one area that had been deleted by some employee who didnt know better than others what they were doing with their own profile page. Maybe its because i am new at this? We have realized an increase since using these tools - more engagement which makes us look good internally…
