Review on SocialBug by David Sokolov

I like that you can customize it so much! You've got all sorts of options for different types of contacts - from customer accounts to leads/opportunities etc. The interface looks great as well (and has been updated quite recently). There are some features which we'd love to see added in future updates but overall my experience with this product hasn't really left me wanting more or less. We use socialbug mainly because its easy to set up new users without having them fill out an application form first. This also allows us to have multiple people working within one account to access information at once if necessary.
