Review on SMONTER by Tom Herman

SMONTER's products are of poor quality.

I have purchased various items from SMONTER as a pet owner, including dog kennels and enclosures. My encounter with their items has, however, been poor. The crates and pens I bought were marketed as being robust and long-lasting, but when they arrived, they were fragile and badly made. The plastic trays were flimsy and readily split, and the metal wire was thin and easily bent. Even worse, one of the pens had a damaged latch upon arrival, rendering it useless. The products required a lot of effort to put together due to confusing instructions and missing parts. I spent a lot of time attempting to put the crates and enclosures together just to discover that they weren't strong enough to keep my animals securely. In general, I wouldn't advise buying from SMONTER. Their advertisements are deceptive, and their items are of poor quality and require a lot of assembly. Avoid the headache by locating a more dependable pet supply business.

Pros
  • Products that are both sturdy and long-lasting.
Cons
  • There are no real stores
