It's a thin plastic overlay that made my best up, cracked, huge pieces missing dash look like new! No more embarrassing holes or blanket thrown over. Once fastened, nobody can tell it isnt the original dash. Very easy to install. It isn't thick enough to replace the dash by itself. it depends on whatever dash is left for positioning. No screws, no labor to speak of. Just some silicone adhesive to secure to the old which came with it. I'd considered a carpet overlay but was concerned that would collapse where my dash holes where. This product is rigid enough that the gaps dont matter. Looks like a new dash! Comes as one piece in a large cardboard box. Highly recommend buying this for an old, sun dried Dodge truck!
