These solid brass regulators offer superior quality at a reasonable price. The gauges are easy to read and the USG (US Gauge) is not a cheap import. Connect the reservoir to the right side of the gauges and not to the back of the regulator. This ensures a solid connection without your crescent wrench ever touching the gauge itself. The flow adjustment knob is very solid and very similar to Victor's new style. It's a very accurate flow measurement and I'm a fan of it. If you don't need the Victor or Harris brand, that's good enough.
