Review on 7shifts by Reed Nuttbrock

I like that it allows me to see when my employees are available for shifts so i can make sure we have enough people working during busy times. It also helps keep track of how many hours each person has worked over the week which gives us an idea of what we need to pay them overtime or not. The interface could be improved but it's easy to use once you get used to it. This program helped our restaurant reduce staffing errors by allowing us to easily view available schedules and check in/out times for our hourly workers. We were able to cut down on mistakes made due to miscommunication between managers and hourly workers.
