Great product, makes giant ice cubes and balls. It takes a bit of trial and error to get the hang of the spherical bowl, I also learned how to fill it halfway, place it in the freezer, THEN put the lid on tightly before topping it up with a pitcher of water. The less you move it after putting the lid on, the better the balls will be. As for the dice: they are massive! Sometimes they pop out easily, other times I almost have to turn the tray over to remove them. I recommend this product if you like BIG ice cubes.
