Review on EVIL ENERGY 6AN 90° Push Lock Hose Fitting Black (End) by Michael Godo

I want to write this review to save someone from the mistake I made. First off I would like to say that if you read the instructions these fittings work as advertised. They are used to attach hoses to these clamps. And for the price they do the job if you use hose clamps. I mistakenly bought these thinking they were equivalent to Russell's Twist-Lok system for -10AN fittings. You are not. The oil line came loose from my oil cooler a few weeks after installation because I didn't realize you had to use hose clamps as Russell fittings don't require clamps. If you look at the photos I've included, you can clearly see the difference between Push-Lock (Revain) and Twist-Lok (Russell) connectors.
