Review on LEGO Classic Large Creative Brick Set by Omar Obong

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Mindless variety of details - it's hard to build a house.

++ Notes:* The box is not suitable for storing Lego - some pieces are small enough to fall through the hole in the bottom. I advise purchasing a separate Lego organization solution. I bought an extra "Lego Creative Supplement" set but I was still having trouble getting enough parts for the wall and roof of the house. The types of pieces available for each color are also a little whimsy. I want them to take away some of the colors and just give more basic elements. * The only green baseplate included is small and I'm surprised there isn't at least one other baseplate. ++ Verdict: I wanted to pull out my wallet and turn the cash into the perfect classic Lego introductory experience, but unfortunately, even with the creative addition, this big classic box lacked just the right amount of base parts. I ended up going to the Lego website to buy large sets of basic pieces in just a few primary colors and the price was surprisingly cheap.
