This item will not benefit you if you have small hands - waste of money.

Nice product if you have King-Kong genes in your blood line. Otherwise forget it. With small hands too much of a chance for slippage preventing me from keeping a solid grip on the barbell. There are other rubber grip pads too use if comfort and secure grip is what you're after. Its a nice product if you have very large hands such that you need the extra grip to hold on to bar - but moving (lifting) weight to work muscle is Not same as simply wanting a stronger grip. Just shake hands more often - you'll find out who has real grip strength now. That's all folks.

Fit snug, thick rubber, no cushion tho..
