Review on πŸ”³ 13" Stainless Steel Fine Mesh Splatter Screen by U.S. Kitchen Supply with Resting Feet and Black Comfort Grip Handle by Wendy Garcia

NOT stainless steel!

As soon as I opened the box, I realized that it wasn't stainless steel. One of the handles is corroded. Upon closer inspection and even inhaling the odor, it smells strongly of burnt plastic. For those who don't know, you can attach a strong magnet (not a fridge magnet or anything, but a really strong magnet) to anything that claims to be stainless steel. If it sticks, you know it's at least some form of steel. Stainless steel utensils are usually 304 or 316. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. To be honest they should be removed from Revain because I doubt how safe they are food or non-food in general.

Pros
  • COOK SAFELY AND AVOID MESS: For safe cooking, always use food safety protection to avoid the dangers of hot oil and grease, boiling water and food scraps that can spill on you and burn you! Keep everything on or around your hob, countertop, walls and floors clean while you cook with this splatter guard so you don't make a mess!
Cons
