Review on 📶 TP-Link Deco X60: WiFi 6 Mesh System for Whole Home Coverage up to 5000 Sq. Ft., Parental Control, 2-Pack by Dani Alvarez

I bought M9+ devices about a year ago for a company that needed Wi-Fi and was GETD by the app, the ease of setup and most importantly the quality of the internet signal. When my trusty Nighthawk finally stopped working, I decided to return to this line of products for my home. Here are some of the highlights: 1. SETUP: I have a master control box in my basement (a 3200 sqft two story house) that has a modem attached to it and then an 8 port switch. I connected the second unit to my first tier via Cat5e (from the switch).2. SPEEDS: Here's a speed comparison of my old Netgear: Ultrabook laptop - 1st floor: 300 Mbps (new) vs 50 Mbps (old) TV - 1st floor: no speed test but wifi connection time and app download time are about half the length they used to be, and we haven't experienced any buffering since installing this system. iPhone - 1st floor - Maximum internet speed (670 Mbit/s) (new) vs. 150 Mbit/s (old) iPhone - 2nd floor - 300 Mbit/s (new) vs. 25 Mbit/s (old) The room is the 2nd floor and the farthest point - the speed in one half of her room is around 10-20 Mbps and the other half has no coverage. Now she constantly sees 250-300 Mbit / s, no matter where she is. (Maybe that's the biggest plus at home now that she's in virtual school) Needless to say I'm completely blown away by the quality of the equipment. The app is great and gives me all the control I need. Of course it doesn't have nice technical advanced stuff which I would love but I just want something that works and still gives me the control and visibility I want. This system fits! Wi-Fi devices are not created equal. I bought a more expensive competitor router with six antennas and WiFi 6 (with MIMO mesh) and it performed WORSE than the router it replaced. If you're looking to upgrade to the latest WiFi technology, this is definitely for you.
