After being away from the oven for a while I decided it was time to start baking again. Only this time I needed better tools so I ordered this set of three cookie scoops. You are excellent! The shovels are very well constructed and durable, resembling a professional tool. The ergonomics are great, they're light in my hand, have a smooth ride when squeezed, and have a nice, comfortable release. They are also comfortable to use, with soft grips and don't require too much strength to grip. As it turned out, this was important to the number of cookies that needed to be made. The set comes in three sizes, which of course meant plenty of pastries to try. Italian butter balls in a small spoon, double chocolate chip cookies (delicious!) in a medium spoon, and pumpkin muffins in a large spoon. The cookies and muffins are much more evenly sized than they would be by hand, and filling the cookie sheets was quick and too easy. And they can be quickly washed in the dishwasher. They're perfect for the holidays!
