**Edit: I emailed Piscifun about my issue and they responded very quickly. They offered a refund as well as a replacement bag if it was available. Great customer service!** The clips on the straps are sewn too tight. No matter how I adjust the straps, the flap doesn't pull as tight as the photos show. I don't think this is a bug that affects the effectiveness of the product, but I find it silly and sloppy. The beautiful appearance made me buy it. The rest of the bag looks exactly as advertised.
