I just got this silicone baking piece for my home and kitchen and it’s been a game-changer. Through trial and error, I found that it’s perfect for baking cheese and pastries without sticking. The flexible material makes it super easy to remove the final product from the pan. My only complaint is that it’s not dishwasher-safe, but that’s a minor inconvenience considering how great it makes my baked goods turn out.
