I bought these for an old handyman that I recently cleaned up. I mistakenly thought it was meant to be used with a regular pleated filter, but I was wrong. Learn from me - check before ordering! But these are great bags. I have another shop vacuum (my main vacuum) that I always use with bags, so I'm familiar with them: I always use a pleated filter, don't pick up wet stuff, and empty before it gets too full - and you'll never have a problem have with it. And I recommend bags for emptying shop vacuums without the fuss and mess. The bag inlet is 2-1/2 inches.
