I really wanted to like it because the idea is charming. HOWEVER, it's difficult to clean around the base of the dragon's tail, and there is a hairline crack along the tail that defies explanation, except maybe the material isn't hot water resistant? I used it once and noticed a crack. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as this is not the most expensive mug you can buy. I don't know if I can return it or not. Super upset with the quality and sturdiness of this mug. I would say that in my opinion this is more of a novelty than a functional mug. Skip it and find a prettier one that will stand up to hot drinks at Marshall's.
