Thing is absolutely normal. Sucks well and cleans the floor. But there's nothing "smart" about that. He drives erratically and crashes into something every time. Can't remember the floor plan. And it crashes almost every time. Until it inevitably dies and I have to manually put it back on the battery. Technically, that's better than vacuuming yourself. But not much better.
