A bit unsightly on a pickup truck, but works as an extension of the legal seeker's flair.
My truck tires are stuck in my finder more than the legal limit. I installed them and then I was finally able to pass state inspection. They're a bit ugly on my car so I quickly removed them after checking. Came with all necessary equipment and instructions.
