Very poor design, almost impossible to mount on seat rails. To attach the holster section to the seatpost, slide the U-bracket, holster, and two mounting plates. Meanwhile, try to hold the bracket under the seat rails with one hand and try to tighten the hex bolts through three loose parts. I was only able to get the screws in by throwing away one of the plates (plate #2), the whole thing wouldn't fit properly because the saddle on my wife's bike has an extended seat clamp and bag face that needs to be attached to the seat post with two velcro straps was still 1 inch apart and the straps were too short. Also, it was too big for a small frame bike. For $130+ one would expect a better product.
