This product was the worst building experience I have ever had. I finally got it together but it's shaky and I know it will be replaced sooner or later. The instructions are just drawn pictures, not written instructions, but that's okay. What was bad was the design. You have to screw on each coat hook, and the only thing keeping the hook from landing on the screw is a small piece of plastic, not even an inch long, with two prongs. It should fit into two holes on the bottom of the coat hook and fit into a small notch in the metal to keep it from turning. Three fit. The remaining five holes were half-perforated and not big enough for plastic pens. Do the hooks eventually turn? I do not know. Since the holes they slid into were barely big enough, I hope not. After that comes joy from below. It took a hammer and sacrifices to the bloodthirsty gods to get four feet into the holes they were supposed to go in, and two screws didn't go too far because the holes still didn't line up properly. Putting everything together was by far the easiest. However, what I liked the most is that the four legs, like everything else, are simple bent metal tubes, so the ends are covered with a small piece of plastic of the same circumference. like a hose. There were three of them, wow! The fourth had a thick piece of plastic twice the circumference and very thick, screwed only halfway into the floor. It clearly belonged to another piece of furniture. I screwed it all the way in, hoping that the general wobbliness of this thing would be smoothed out by the fact that one gasket was three times thicker than the rest. As a result, I had to remove it, leaving one leg with no plastic gasket. It still doesn't sit straight, but it's better now. I bought it in March and just put it together now, otherwise I would have thrown the whole thing in a box and sent it back. Just in case, I won't hesitate any longer. The product is garbage. Don't buy it if you don't like frustration and high blood pressure.
