Wow! This device works perfectly.

I was looking for a binding that was easy to adjust, released quickly and held up well. I have used ratchet buckles but found them difficult to loosen and adjust to length before fastening. The Keeper Cam Buckle is very easy to use, adjusts by pulling, holds very well and releases by pressing the buckle tongue. If you are looking for an easy to use tether, I would recommend the Keeper Cam buckle.
