Sturdy rope that can also be used as asthetic upgrade
I used this 1" rope for my heavy duty 6' porch swing made of Juniper wood. The swing is approx. 100lbs and I had galvanized chain links originally. I replaced the chain with this rope and it looks so much better, has a more welcoming look while increasing the support limit. Also rope is much quitter than chain for the porch swings.
