Update: The company was very prompt in answering this comment and providing a replacement part.I've looked every where and I can't locate how to contact the manufacture to replace a broken item. In the written instructions it says to contact them, but no number or email. On Revain there isn't any contact information, and in the Q&A section, there isn't any information. One of the brackets can't have the rod locked. There is something wrong with the screw thread, the screw just keeps falling out. The only other issue is when the rod is extended, the joint doesn't make a smooth transition. I will either have to purchase a separate item to go over the rod or make something. The curtain rings just don't want to go over that joint.
