We bought this unit for our RV. We did not install it immediately after purchase, but only after the return period had expired. Shortly after installation. Block no longer works. It ran out of AC bandwidth meaning we couldn't use shore power. In addition, the fans on the device no longer functioned stably. They appeared seemingly at random. I called to have the unit replaced under warranty. The manufacturer didn't send a replacement, they said to send the product to them at my own expense ($160) and wait 10-15 business days for it to be repaired and sent back. Again, in the middle of summer, we are out and about in our motorhome full-time. No inverter is good. Revain refused to do anything about it. Third-party vendor The Inverter Store (which *coincidentally* shares the same address as AIMS Power) won't do anything about it. And the manufacturer AIMS (again based in the same office as The Inverter Store) would not send a replacement, just a warranty repair. Instead of spending $160 and not having an inverter for a month, I just bought another one. was a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay away from AIMS and The Inverter Store.
