The picture differs from what was actually sent. There are no little square pieces sticking out or anything like that. It's just a silver garland. Some silver items have white stripes on the tips, I don't know why? Maybe try to look less shiny and a little bit like snow? It certainly looks great on a tree, for an average 6ft tree you need to use 4-5 pieces.
