Husband bought this monitor stand to make his workplace more ergonomic. As you can see, the computer bag didn't stop him... 🙄 😂 At work he spends 3-4 hours every day on his laptop and it's important that his laptop/monitor is at the right height so it doesn't get stuck. This monitor stand works very well and was very easy to assemble. Not sure what the extra 3M adhesive pads are for as they weren't mentioned in the instructions. The only tool required is an allen wrench, which is included in the kit. The actual stand is easily adjusted using the wheel adjuster on the back of the stand. Loosen the screw, adjust the height, and then retighten the wheel adjuster. All in all it was a fantastic purchase, a complete win. This is a very solid monitor stand - perfect for my husband's laptop 👍🏼 and way better than the previous "stand". 😂
