Perfect fit for PowerXL 7qt fryer
I first bought 8 inch inserts for my PowerXL 7qt fryer but they were too small and I realized the size was for 5qt fryers. But when I measured the diameter of the frying basket, it was bigger. 10 inches is the right size. Good quality leaves. I was able to use one sheet for two batches of chicken wings.
