Really well built, durable, nice and sharp good grille. When I say "spicy" it's really nice and fast for my needs so far. We've been using the zester for small jobs for a number of years, but have always been afraid to go near the finish line. Ginger and garlic take a long time to peel after each small task. Cleaning is now very easy. Something I don't feel my fingers getting cut now. I have to say that this really is a bigger grater than I expected. A few things will make her a Guardian, as will all of the attracted items. Nice closed rubber/silicone grips provide a better grip. When I buy certain things I usually think that they are durable because they need to be used every week. This is one of them that will last a very long time. Little time to write rave reviews but felt good. Rust is the only thing I can't confirm. We use 3-6 times a week. We'll have to wait and see in a year or so.
